1. Description of Service

Halo AI provides AI-generated debate analysis to help you think through decisions. The App uses three AI agents — an Angel, a Devil, and a Judge — to present multiple perspectives on your decisions and scenarios.

2. Not Professional Advice

The App provides AI-generated analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. The output of the App does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Medical or health advice
• Career or employment advice
• Psychological or therapeutic advice

You should always consult qualified professionals before making important decisions. The AI-generated debates are designed to help you think, not to replace professional judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely through the Apple App Store.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by your agreement with Apple.
• To cancel a subscription, manage it through your Apple ID settings.

7. Refunds

All refund requests are handled through Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or use the “Report a Problem” feature in your App Store purchase history. We do not process refunds directly.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are notliable for any decisions you make based on the App's output.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Halo AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the decisions and content you submit to the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
