- To provide and operate the AI debate analysis service.
- To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
- To improve and optimize the App's performance and features.

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Anthropic (Claude) and DeepSeek: Your decision content is sent to these AI providers for processing and generating debate responses. These providers process your data according to their respective privacy policies.
- Apple: Used for authentication (Sign in with Apple) and subscription payment processing via the App Store.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render.
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL).
- BYOK API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Your Decisions Are Private
- Your decisions and debate content are private and associated only with your account.
- We do not use your decisions or debate content to train AI models.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Export: You may request a copy of all data associated with your account.
- Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
- Access: You may request details about what data we hold about you.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the effective date above.
